Service Fee Schedule:
1. Minimum Show Up Fee: - $150.00 within a 25-mile radius. Additional mileage fees apply outside this radius.
2. Property Size Pricing (Up to 2,000 sqft):
Basic Photo Service: $150.00 -
Photo Report ie. Insurance: Additional $50.00
3. OSHA Safety Supervisor Services / Job site progress:
Hourly Rate: $100.00 per hour, inclusive of: - Ground level safety assessments - Immediate critical updates via cell phone Video documentation Lidigation defense data.
4. Real Estate Photography: Minimum Fee: $150.00
(1hr on site 1 hr computer time)
5. Real Estate Videography: Minimum Fee: $200.00
(1hr on site 1 hr computer time)
6. 3D Imaging & Topographic Mapping:
Minimum Fee: $500.00.
Additional fees based on property size or complexity and desired accuracy may apply.
Example: All Saints Church Project composed of over 3000 images see to the right. The cost would range from $1500.00 to $3,000.00 depending on what type of reported is needed. Contrast: the entire neibourghoods may have only 1000 images with enough detail to make measurements of roads, drainage, property lines. Like the image below is composed of just over 1000 images.
These are general guide lines that I use to estimate and bill for jobs
Time on site $100.00 per hour. Min 1hr. billed 1/2 hr. increments after the 1st hour.
Drive time is $25.00 per hour outside of 25 miles from home.
Milage is $1.25 for just van and $2.00 hr van and trailer.
Computer time $50.00 per hr. Photo uploading and report preparation. Billed 1/2 hr after first hr.
